Romantic musical set against the backdrop of WWI. 92 year old Anne finds solace in her memories of her lost love, John. As the story unfolds, her past and present intertwine as a young man at her nursing home becomes the embodiment of her long-dead husband. Through letters and songs, we witness Young Anne and John’s love story and the harsh realities of war. With themes of PTSD, love, and loss, the musical explores the emotional impact of war on both soldiers and those left behind.
