No! It’s… The library is something much more fundamental. It’s like a core part of my everyday life has been taken away. That place saved us. And now they’re gonna turn it into a Wetherspoons! A big old dirty Wetherspoons!

Agitprop musical satire. When her local library is abruptly closed during the 2021 national lockdown, a young campaigner takes on Glasgow City Council to save the building from being turned into a pub. Through comedy and heartfelt song, the musical explores themes of petty corruption, ownership and community.
